Designs Our designs are created by us and our team of designers that we use from time to time, we take time and take pride in these and hope our customers love them as much as we do. If you require and welcome suggestions on other designs. Photos We, like lots of companies, use mock ups to advertising our products. We try to put up photos of the actual products when we can. Products can look a little darker than on the mock up especially on darker products, however we only send products out that we are 100% happy with. Postage We use Royal Mail to deliver most products however, can use Evri for larger parcels. Questions Any questions then please ask. Also if you need a quick delivery send us a message and we will do our best for you. Feedback We strive to ensure you, our customer, is happy. Please message us if anything isn’t quite right before leaving feedback and we will do all we can to rectify the situation. |

We deliver your parcel within 2–3 working days. As soon as your package has left our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation by email. This confirmation contains a tracking number that you can use to find out where your package is.
Returns
We offer free returns within 30 days. All you have to do is fill out the return slip that you received in your package and stick the prepaid label on the package.Please note that it can take 2 weeks for us to process your return. We will do our best to complete this process as soon as possible.
